Who will deliver my order?
We have a range of contracts with a variety of carriers within and outside the United Kingdom. You will receive an email confirmation stating the carrier we have chosen depending on the weight, size and the price of the order. We will include the tracking information so you can keep up to date when the parcel or pallet will arrive. All orders placed through our website will require a signature on delivery. I’ve forgotten my password or username?
If you have forgotten your password or username/email, you can reset it by visiting My Account. If you are not successful, please contact our customer support by email. You will be required to answer a few security questions before we can access your account.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds & Returns
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or support. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unopened, and not fitted. Returns must include the original VAT invoice to be eligible for an exchange. Where is my order?
Orders placed at Dub-Station can be easily found on your account, just go to My Account, and go to Orders. Dub-Station was designed with simplicity in mind for the user, to your left should now be your order history, along with the ability to view current & previous orders for tracking purposes.
